Stratagenix Corporation was founded in 1999 to merge the resources of FutureVision Software, Inc. with several other strategic initiatives in business and technology. Traditionally, the primary focus of FutureVision Software was software product development and consulting. Extending the offering to include business services and combining resources allows Stratagenix to provide a one-stop shop for solutions in business and technology, marketing and management. Stratagenix has assumed ownership of all existing FutureVision Software trademarks, patents, copyrights, licenses and trade agreements. Some software products will still feature the FutureVision Software brand labeling maintaining its longstanding image of quality and value.
